PLANET SURF SOLD TO RIPCURL OZMOSIS

The chain of 15 Planet Surf stores that have been operating since 2000 have been acquired by Ripcurl/Ozmosis. The deal was concluded as a rolling transaction over the last couple of months so a rebrand to Ozmosis will take place in early 2017. The deal gives Ozmosis a strong presence in the sub regional Shopping Centre markets and in the Regional Victoria markets where Planet Surf created a business that was not serviced by any multi-site operator previously. The scope for Ozmosis to grow within these markets is quite large. Leasewise who facilitated the transaction wish all parties nothing but continued success.
