Soul Origin takes up the fight against queues
This newly released ordering integration gives customers the ability to order ahead and pay on their mobile phone, beating the queues on arrival at their chosen outlet. The integration of the two platforms provides a seamless experience for customers, and likewise for staff as the orders made are incorporated into the normal in-store workflow.
With an array of mobile solutions in the market, a key consideration for Soul Origin when implementing any new feature is for a completely integrated solution. General Manager Chris Mavris said: “An integrated solution is definitely key. We don’t want staff to be fumbling about with different devices and dockets especially during lunch time when it gets really busy. All sales reports are generated from the one backend system as well.”
Soul Origin is expecting sales growth after adopting the order-ahead solution by offering their customers more convenient ordering options and being able to serve more customers more quickly.
