The LeaseWise team complete between 60 and 90 new site agreements every year for both franchise groups and independent operators, all around the country. We use the latest comparative data and our industry contacts to obtain the best site locations, commercial terms and incentives for our clients.

We ensure that no detail is left to chance when negotiating an agreement. Key items we address include:


  • Identifying a list of suitable retail properties for lease
  • Ensuring viable rent levels
  • Gaining an incentive or rent free period
  • Ensuring there are no ‘hidden costs’ from the landlord such as consultant’s fees for store fit out
  • Amending lease clauses if required to ensure that the agreement is to the retailer’s advantage


We will also provide you with a summary of key terms and conditions to assist you in understanding the documentation before you sign.


Our service doesn’t stop once you’ve signed leases, we provide full after-care service and assistance including any issues relating to handover of the premises, design approval and fit out disputes to ensure your store opening runs as smoothly as possible.
